Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our current promotions at checkout for details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international locations. Available shipping destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

• A tracking number
• A link to track your package in real-time

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the shipping address on your order

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

• Take photos of the packaging and contents

• We'll arrange a replacement or refund

International Shipping

For international orders:

• Additional fees may apply and are not included in our shipping rates
