At Aether Wild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened hygiene products or intimate items
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@aetherwild.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
